As part of our ESG policy, we have implemented a Code of Ethics that formalises the key principles that have guided our actions since the Group’s inception and that define how we design and manage our portfolio.<\/p>\n
The Code sets out the main principles of business ethics that apply to the Apsys Group. The document contains definitions and descriptions of the key issues in this area. It is also a guide for all employees, setting out rules for dealing with sensitive, unusual or questionable situations. The Code describes the whistleblowing system in place at Apsys. It helps to deal with any reports relating to the issues described in the document, to obtain assistance and to determine the next steps.<\/p>\n
The Ethics Charter is available in French, English and Polish.<\/p>\n
