The\u00a0 Staromiejskie Gardens project harmoniously combines the past with the future, creating a unique place to live, work and relax. The project is located in the very centre of the city – about a 5-minute walk from the railway station, 10 minutes from the Staromiejski Park and 12 minutes from the Old Town Square. The project was developed by \u0141apacz Winkowski Architekci, a well-known and respected studio on the Wroc\u0142aw market, responsible for the new quality of such spaces as the palace tenement house on Ko\u015bciuszki Street or the historic tenement houses on Przej\u015bcie Garncarskie Street.<\/p>\n
