\"\"Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska, the organisation’s former chief investment officer, has joined the management board of Apsys Polska. She started work in her new position on 1 January 2025. <\/strong><\/p>\n


\n<\/strong>Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is an expert with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and broad professional skills. She has been with Apsys Polska since 2021 as director of investments. In this role, she was responsible for both the acquisition of land for new projects and the selection of locations for revitalisation projects, as well as the formal and administrative processes related to obtaining construction decisions. <\/p>\n

– – The appointment of Katarzyna as a board member is a natural choice for us. Over the last few years in the development department, we have worked together on the preparation of ambitious projects requiring commitment and high specialist competence, such as the unique project for the revitalisation of the historic Hala Targowa in Gda\u0144sk or the Nowa Stawowa investment in Wroc\u0142aw, which are now entering the implementation phase. Katarzyna’s expertise, market knowledge, strategic business thinking skills and consistency have enabled us to successfully expand the scale of our market activities. Katarzyna understands and shares our organisation’s vision for growth. We have further challenges ahead with residential, mixed-use and food hall projects. The appointment of Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is the first stage of the change process related to succession in the management board of Apsys Polska. The expert will gradually take over the duties of vice-president Maciej Wr\u00f3blewski to ultimately replace him in his position. <\/p>\n

Before joining Apsys Polska, Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska was involved in managing investment projects not only on the Polish market, but also in Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal and Romania. Her specialty is operations related to private equity investment funds, as well as joint ventures involving large institutional funds. Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska’s professional experience also includes the management of real estate portfolio in the following segments: warehouse, office, retail, residential, as well as cooperation with financial institutions and tenants. The expert is also distinguished by her comprehensive knowledge of investment processes (from purchase to sale) and her knowledge of the construction and development industry. <\/p>\n

Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate MBA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and HEC de Paris, majoring in Management.<\/p>\n

– I am grateful for the trust placed in me by the owner of the company Maurice Bansay, the President of Apsys Polska Benoit Charles and the members of the Management Board. I would especially like to thank Vice President Maciej Wr\u00f3blewski for his support, his belief in my capabilities and for his valuable career guidance. I am delighted to be able to work with real estate enthusiasts, to draw on their knowledge and experience, and at the same time to contribute my own experience and new ideas.
