Wilanów Park, located on over 7 hectares in Miasteczko Wilanów – one of the most modern residential districts in Poland’s capital – is set to redefine the customer experience of shopping centers. Designed as an open, vibrant space, it will combine a retail center of over 50,000 m², featuring 166 retail units including shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and a cinema, with a public park spanning more than 2.2 hectares. This green oasis will serve as the district’s lungs, offering areas for play, relaxation, and sports.

Thanks to its location near Warsaw’s southern ring road and excellent public transport connections – including tram, bus, and cycling routes – Wilanów Park will be easily accessible from all parts of the city, as well as from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
-
The project will reach a catchment area of approximately 2.8 million people, with an estimated annual footfall of over 10 million visitors.
-
It has been designed in line with a sustainable development model, incorporating innovative solutions to reduce its carbon footprint and support biodiversity. Among them is a 14,000 m² green roof that will collect rainwater and become a natural habitat for living organisms.
