Nearly 26000 visitors of the first day of Hala Targowa

Hala Targowa has returned to Gdańsk and, from its very first hours, filled with visitors. On 12 August, after 18 months of comprehensive revitalization, the historic building reopened its doors. On its first day alone, the Hall was visited by 25,700 people – a result that exceeded the expectations of the Apsys Polska team responsible for the revitalization and reopening of the building.

Apsys Polska is bringing a former industrial site in the centre of Wrocław back to life, delivering two exceptional residential projects – Nowa Stawowa and Ogrody Staromiejskie. Both investments are being built on a degraded site of former industrial development that had been cut off from urban life for years and is now regaining its significance. Construction work began in early 2026, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.

Construction begins on apartmnets on Stawowa Street

Construction work has begun in the centre of the capital of Lower Silesia on two exceptional investments – Nowa Stawowa and Ogrody Staromiejskie – which together will comprise 117 apartments and lofts surrounded by greenery. Completion of the investment is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
